About this ebook

She’s not special. She’s simply next.

In a world where love blurs lines and loyalty is tested, Lulu Mueller finds herself at a crossroads. For years, it’s been a waiting game anticipating Richard Sinclair leaving his wife for her. But as the dust settles on their affair, Lulu realizes that Richard's promises may have been built on a foundation of lies.

Caught between desire and doubt, Lulu grapples with the consequences of her actions. With her dreams of partnership slipping away and her once-perfect romance crumbling, she must confront the truth about the man she thought she knew.

But when a woman turns up dead, accusations fly. As suspicions mount and alliances shift, legal eagles Casey Cort and Nicole Long are thrust into the fray. Can they set aside their differences to untangle the web of deceit and uncover the truth before it's too late?

Read this gripping journey of love, betrayal, and justice in an electrifying thriller where nothing is as it seems, and everyone has something to hide.
